the lube station measures 135x127x10 mm. each of the 24 switch slots fits regular and box-style keyboard switches. lube station v2 fully supports both switches, and allows both styles to be closed while still in the slot.
each of the 24 stem slots fits a regular cherry-style stem. box-style stems are NOT supported.
a fully 3D-printed PLA construction is all that is needed for this product. this keeps costs down while keeping customizability high.

a friend was looking to buy a lube station, but many that were being sold at the time were large and expensive, but could house many more switches. despite this, most keyboard enthusiasts still only lubed a handful of switches at once anyways. this supported my idea of making a small, customizable, and cost-effective lube station. i presented it as a gift to that friend, who has used it countless times already.
this product remains as the best-seller on my etsy storefront, and the only remaining product that i keep stocked.

this was a relatively easy product to design. essentially, it’s a 2D image extruded into the third dimension. measuring the dimensions of the switches was quite easy— i simply measured the switch slots inside my keyboard switch plates.
24 slots allows the lubing of 60% keyboards in 3 batches, TKL keyboards in 4.5 batches, and full-size keyboards in 5.5 batches. as most enthusiasts lube their switches in small batches, it was most cost-effective to stick to 24 slots.
